Having a great showing every time is critical,

here’s what it takes to make it happen:

Once you have made your key interior improvements:

de-cluttered, taken down pictures

cleaned the entire home top to bottom including the windows

taken care of any repairs

prepared the lawn and exterior of the home

replaced or steamed any worn or dirty carpets

replaced any burned out or missing light bulbs

touched up and/or repainted all dirty walls & odd colors with neutral colors and removeed all wall paper

You are ready for showings!

Always leave when you're having a showing.  Buyers cannot relax with you there. 

Make sure you have your Glade Plug-Ins on!  (fresh, or clean linen scent work best) 

Take your pets with you. 

Make sure the yard looks good. 

Clean the house; make sure the dishes are done, beds are made and the carpet is vacuumed. 

Keep the temperature comfortable. 

Turn on the lights, Open the blinds, and turn on some music; this sets the stage, buyers love homes that show well.
